Free training facilitated by the Online Restaurant Academy for local food businesses who are preparing for the World Cup. The 90 minute training session will cover a variety of topics, including: event planning, marketing, food safety, inventory, event staffing, mental health, fire safety and revenue optimization. There will be time to field questions from participants and a breakout space for Spanish speaking participants that will include a translator. This 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. session is one of two sessions available on Monday, February 16 via Zoom.
